1. Donations and Payments
All donations made to Jantri Devi Foundation are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.
This applies to:
- One-time donations
- Recurring contributions
- Event sponsorships or fundraising campaigns
- Any other financial support made voluntarily
2. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions
In the rare event of an error or duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment and transaction details.
If verified as a genuine error, we may initiate a refund or correction at our discretion.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment was made without authorization, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the issue with our payment gateway partners. However, we cannot guarantee a refund if the transaction was completed successfully using valid credentials.
4. Tax Exemption Receipts
Once a donation receipt has been issued for tax purposes (under Section 80G or otherwise), we are unable to refund the amount due to compliance and audit requirements.
